PRENATAL, KIDS, POSTPARTUM AND FAMILY YOGA!

Join prenatal yoga expert, doula and childbirth educator, Ashley Petit, for a prenatal, kids postpartum and every body yoga. These classes are for expecting mothers, families of young kids, and people looking to connect with their bodies. Designed to support you during different stages of your pregnancy, parenthood and beyond. The classes include meditation, physical yoga postures, breathing and relaxation exercises. We aim to create a sacred and safe environment for you to connect deeply with yourself and your baby, kids and families as a whole.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To help us manage our classes effectively and accommodate all students, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.

- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any charges.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will be charged the full class fee.

- No-Shows: If you do not attend a class without cancelling, you will be charged the full class fee.
