Sleep Foundations for Newborns

Join Casey, a certified pediatric sleep consultant for an informative class surrounding sleep for newborns.

This class discusses several topics that every parent should know in regard to sleep in the early stages of life including: safe sleep guidelines, healthy components of sleep, development of sleep patterns as age progresses, and how to develop a healthy sleep foundation for your baby.

This course will end with a 15 minute Q&A session to answer specific questions and concerns regarding your baby's sleep!
