Prenatal Yoga

Join our perinatal yoga expert for a prenatal yoga class for expecting mothers, designed to support you during different stages of your pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. The class includes meditation, physical yoga postures, breathing and relaxation exercises. We aim to create a sacred and safe environment for you to connect deeply with yourself and your baby.
